Off-ratio foam is almost always a proportioner issue — a worn pump seal, a fouled filter, a miscalibrated ratio setting, or a heater problem upstream of the gun. We diagnose the proportioner first (pressure, ratio, pump condition) before touching the gun, since chasing the wrong component wastes your downtime.

Heat-loss problems usually trace to a failed heating element segment, a bad connection at a coupling, or a control board reading temperature incorrectly. We test continuity in sections and verify heat-to-gun, not just heat-at-the-machine, so the fix holds under real job conditions.

Mobile dispatch and parts availability can affect the timeline — we confirm an estimated turnaround before work begins so you can plan around it.

Gun rebuilds and smaller components ship well and are often faster turnaround in-shop.
